Issue/Introduction

Looking for a way to find which which users have a specific session inside SOLVE:Access

Resolution

From the SOLVE:Access : Primary Menu go to 

A - Administration
   AC - SNA Access Services Administration
      MS - MAI Session List Maintenance
         G - Global Session Maintenance
            L - List Session Definitions

 

On the resulting screen, enter '*' to select all userids, the name of the session to search on, then hit PF6.

The results will look similar to this

If  a user in the resulting display does not look like a regular userid, SOLVE may be using model session lists for groups of people. What that means is that the name of the session list is defined in the UAMS definition on page 8 in the 

Session Model..........

field for multiple users, so updating that one session list updates it for every user that has it in their UAMS definition.
