Unable to use xog on cost plan

Issue/Introduction

A user is unable to use xog on a cost plan where one of the grouping attributes is blank.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a project with resources and roles on the team
2. Create a new Cost Plan using Resource as the grouping attribute
3. Populate the Cost Plan
4. Try to xog out the costplan

Expected Results - You can xog out successfully

Actual Results - You receive an error and are not able to xog out the cost plan

 

Resolution

This is by design.  If a cost plan is xogged and one of the grouping attributes is null on the xog file, the plan cannot be copied or submitted for budget.

The workaround would be either not use Resource as a grouping attribute or create a resource that can populate the field.
