Issue/Introduction

Users see different notification format via email as well as via clarity UI 

Steps to Reproduce: 

  1. Set up a clarity system and enable Mail Service 
  2. Create an action item from clarity 

Expected Results: Users gets an email to approve the action item and also see as notification in clarity and both should look same 

Actual Results: Action item notification in Clarity approvals buttons are different than what users see in email
