Issue/Introduction
Some OPS/MVS modules can show abends at initialization when an IBM z/OS diagnostic tool named IGVDGNPP is in use.
Abends S0C4 were detected in the following modules: OPMTCAUT, OPDFRAUT AND OPMCAUTL
