WCC services not coming up after upgradation and server reboot

Issue/Introduction

WCC service not coming up after upgradation. Log shows below error:

INFO   | jvm 1    | 2024/10/19 12:17:29 |  15 | @tomcat-resource <WrapperStartStopAppMain> [[]]  WARN #ClusterProviderDAO   #(501) WARNING: ha.node.hostname variable set to loopback address <hostname of WCC server>. This will disconnect nodes in HA cluster.

Environment

R12.X

Cause

hosts file contains wrong entry for local loopback address

Resolution

Perform below:

• Update /etc/hosts  file with correct hostname on the Primary node
• Restart WCC Services.
• Repeat the above on Secondary node if exists
