Issue/Introduction

Events fail to load on the events tab of the VECO when a large timeframe is used. This typically occurs when user attempts to load a large number of events within a large timeframe. For example, here we observe events fail to load when we attempt to load the past 31 days. 

 

Resolution

This is a known limitation with the VECO, this is not a defect. This limitation will be fixed starting with 6.1.0.0. As a workaround for current builds, continue to attempt to load the events tab by using the refresh button (this sometimes helps), use a shorter timeframe, or use the filter feature of the events tab to narrow down on events that are loaded on the events page.
