Remote files are blocked when the DCS IPS policy is enabled

Issue/Introduction

You are trying to allow remote files to be saved with IPS enabled, the write of those files is being blocked

Environment

DSC 6.9.3 
IPS Prevention Enabled

Resolution

The remote file sandbox will only allow read access, to allow the files to be written you must change the general policy settings for remote files to route to fully open. This is not recommended.
