Issue/Introduction

In the setup there is an Organizational OBS that controls access to projects including confidential projects. This is working well when trying to access the projects from the Tiles and Grid views, you will not see the confidential projects it if you are in a regular Security group.

This also works if you are creating Hierarchies and try to import a confidential project you will not see it.
However if you have View access to another user's Hierarchy and they have imported a confidential project you see it in the Hierarchy and can add data to the Grid to view the confidential information.

• As a best practice, do not provide users with access to a hierarchy containing any confidential information
