Unable to read project ToDos of type checklists via API

Issue/Introduction

We are trying to read project ToDos that were created from the checklist page but are unable to do it. We could see the 5xxxxxx internal id for the checklist ToDo in the system and database but the unable to get it via API and getting a 404 response "API-1004 : Invalid resource identifier 5xxxxxx",

Using Postman to include the header content in the GET call:

https://server/ppm/rest/v1/obaTodos/5xxxxxx
