Acknowledge of multiple Alarms does not work Via OC Group Alarms tab

Issue/Introduction

Acknowledge of multiple Alarms does not work Via OC then Group then select a group then Alarms tab, however, Acknowledging the alarms from Alarm Management then Alarm Console is working fine.

Environment

DX UIM 23.4

Cause

EMS probe was not running in the primary hub, ems probe is required when Acknowledging alarms from OC via group 

Resolution

Verify EMS probe is running on the primary hub and has port and pid.

if the EMS probe is not running, usually, redeploy the probe would fix the issue.
