Fortinet Firewall Model fgt2600f missing Firmware information under Asset Information in Spectrum

Resolution

1.  From within Spectrum > Tools > Device Certification locate the model by searching for the System Object ID 1.3.6.1.4.1.12356.101.1.26000 and change Model Type Name to FortinetFortiOS:

• Any new models discovered with a SysObject ID of 1.3.6.1.4.1.12356.101.1.26000 will be modelled as FortinetFortiOS and the firmware will be populated under Asset Information for the Spectrum model.
• For existing models to show the new Model Type and firmware without deleting and re-discovering run the newMM.pl script:
