GCP - How Perspective will work when it is built on GCP Label and Asset Type as GCP Taggable Asset

Issue/Introduction

The perspective categorization feature is not functioning properly under the Cost History report built on the GCP Label. Labels are tagged at the resource level. 

Resolution

Currently, the Cost History report only supports categorization based on project-level labels, not at the individual resource level when you build the perspective using "GCP Taggable Asset" and label.

If the project has the appropriate label attached, the categorization will function correctly within the Cost History report. However, it's important to note that this categorization applies at the project level rather than at the individual resource level label.
