Errors on a segment "Unable to find IpPool associated with Id '5fc###a3-6#8#-##-46##-969#####' in NSX manager UI

Issue/Introduction

• You see errors reported in the NSX manager UI against a segment similar to "Unable to find IpPool associated with Id '5fc###a3-6#8#-##-46##-969#####'".
• There are no pools in the NSX inventory with the UUID mentioned in the error.
  Note: This can also be validated via an API call similar to the following:
  
  curl -k -H "Content-Type:application/json" -u admin -X GET https://<NSX-Manager IP>/api/v1/pools/ip-pools
