Endpoint protection manager shows multiple domains in Server activity logs

Issue/Introduction

1. Symantec Endpoint protection manager (SEPM) console shows all Domains including LegacyDomain in [Monitoring] > [Logs] tab > [Log type: System] [Log content: Server activity log] when logged in a SEPM system administrator.
2. Exporting these logs shows all domains. There is no filter for Domain.

Environment

SEP 14.3.x

Cause

For Point 1 : It is working as designed. LegacyDomain is used for the legacy SEP clients integration.

For Point 2 : Working as designed.

Resolution

For Point 1 : It is working as designed. LegacyDomain is obsolete and will be removed in future release.

For Point 2 : A "Domain" filter is planned to be added for System - Server Activity log in future release.
