Issue/Introduction

The virtual service packet capture is not working.

The virtual service packet capture file created is 10 KB.

 

 

 

Environment

Applicable for all environments where "Number of Service Engine Data Paths" configured is less than the number of cores available on the Service Engine.

Cause

The number of cores defined for se_dp is less than the total number of cores on the service engine.

 

Resolution

In the serviceengine group settings make sure the "Number of Service Engine Data Paths" configured is equal to the total number of cores available on the service engine.

The issue has been fixed in 30.2.1-2p4
