Remote Control Screen Resolution with dual monitor

Issue/Introduction

When taking control with Remote Control of a host with 2 or more monitors, the display screen resolution of one monitor is not correct. Only a partial screen is displayed or displayed is shrinked.

 

Examples :

• When two displays have different resolution, then RC viewer shows extra blank area even in case of separate display windows are enabled.

and/or

• When two displays, initial connection shows partial display and 2nd attempt shows full display in viewer.

Client Automation 14.5 CU7

Resolution

Open a case at Broadcom Technical Support and request the fix :

T5J8140 for CU7

This fix delivers these 2 files :
