url_response probe deletes/removes _url_response.log after deactivation and activation

Issue/Introduction

The URL_RESPNSE probe removes/deletes/resets the _url_response.log after the probe activation and deactivaton. 

This behaviour is present since url_response 4.50 and up to 4.52

 

To reproduce the issue: 

1. Observe the size of  _url_response_monitor.log

2. restart the probe. Even though no logsize is reached, the content of _url_response_monitor.log is removed.
