Hold IPL query on Ptf LU12620

Issue/Introduction

Ptf LU12620 contains an Smp/e Hold stating an IPL is required

++HOLD (LU12620) SYSTEM FMID(CFH0110)  
REASON (IPL    )   DATE (24093)      

After IPL, restart TAMz started tasks

 

Is the IPL really required straight after applying the Ptf?

Resolution

It cannot be avoided doing an IPL after applying this PTF. 
Various system issues could happen if  applying the PTF and then not IPL'ing.
