ConnectALL Insights adapter is clearing attributes even when the Update sync option is set to false

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce

• Create an automation between Jenkins and Insights
• Set the Sync Option on the Component to Create Only

• Synchronise a record with Component to Insights for VSMDeploy object
• Update the VSMDeploy object with TimeDeployed attribute only

Expected

• Component is not sent to Insights adapter

Actual

• Insights adapter is trying to unset the Component as its coming with a blank value from Jenkins
