Average Throughput Calculation:
Example:
Assuming you have a 10 Mbps link on GE4, the edge will send the average throughput of the link every 5 minutes (300 seconds).
This 5-minute period will be divided into 10 samples of 30 seconds each. The edge will calculate the average throughput for each 30-second sample and upload this value to the VCO. The VCO will then use these average throughput values to represent the 5-minute interval.
