Setting 'Default Base rate' values in Aria Operations Chargeback will not allow more than 2 decimal places.

Issue/Introduction

Using a decimal precision of greater than 2 places in any of the 'Default Base Rate' fields in the Chargeback pricing values causes the value to change to zero.

Environment

Aria Operations 8.16.1

Cause

This is a known UI bug that is resolved in Aria Operations 8.18.x.

 

Resolution

Upgrade the Aria Operations instance to 8.18.x.

Additional Information

In Aria Operations 8.18.x, the decimal precision has been increased to 16, an increase from the previous 12.
