How DX OI maps APM components?

Issue/Introduction

Regarding the understanding of how DX OI sees all components and adding them under the Services column.

Cause

The culprit of this lack of information in the Services Column is the other end, in this case, the Agents.

Resolution

The Alarms page will show the Services Colluns the service assigned to the respective application.

It comes from the TASS file that DX OI reads, it brings all information regarding the alarms and if the components match/is assigned with the Services, it will populate the Services column with this information.

The TASS is populated by ingestion from the end that is being send, in this case, the ingestion of DX APM Agents that sends the information to be stored in TASS.
