Rally: When trying to create a custom field "Category", error "Path or entity not found" is shown

Issue/Introduction

While trying to create a field called "Category", Rally is showing a red flare, "Path or entity not found".

Cause

Rally has an internal field called "Category", so you cannot create a custom field by the same name.

Resolution

Use a different version of the field, such as "Defect Category" so that it doesn't conflict with Rally's usage of Category.
