ConnectALL does not always sync Assignee field value from ADO to MSPS

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Create an automations between ADO(Feature) -> MSPS(Task)
2. Map field Assigned To(ADO) -> Assignment(MSPS) along with other fields. See screen capture for reference.
3. Create Feature on ADO and set Assigned To
4. Run the automation and see if the Feature is synced to MSPS.
5. Now Rerun the automation and verify it is updated on MSPS side.
   
   

Expected Results: 
If the Assigned To value is present, it should be updated on MSPS.

 

Actual Results:
Assigned To field does not always sync to MSPS.

DE152994 is resolved in ConnectALL 3.6.0 and ported back to 3.5.0.2
