Telegraf agent failed to install - "Control channel does not exist or could not be established"

Issue/Introduction

Telegraf agent installation failed on UI immediately with the following error:

"Agent Operation Failed: Please check the health of the Cloud Proxy and the Salt service. Retry the action if components are healthy. Agent operation failure, Control channel does not exist or could not be established. Check if VM XXX-XXX with UCPFQDN property - does not have a collector."

Cause

Telegraf Agent Installation failing with HA Disabled Cloud Proxy Group.

Resolution

To fix the Telegraf agent installation issue, upgrading Aria Operations to 8.18.1 release.
