Issue/Introduction

Oracle Asset import and data collection in agent less mode fails with an "Access Violation" error when UNIX certificate-based authentication is configured in CCS. 

Environment

CCS 12.6.X

CCS 12.7.X

SCU 2024-1 or older

Resolution

Hotfix 10001 resolves this issue.

Before applying Hotfix 10001, ensure that your CCS environment meets the following requirements:

• Symantec Control Compliance Suite: Version 12.6.x or 12.7 must be installed.
• Security Content Update: Ensure that Security Content Update 2024-1 is applied to your CCS environment.
