Issue/Introduction

The Vantage web client is upgraded to the latest version. The following error is present in VANWEBUI logs.

SEVERE: Exception loading sessions from persistent storage                                                                     
java.lang.ClassCastException: java.io.NotSerializableException incompatible with java.lang.String      

 

The Vantage objects are not displaying data and showing the error "No connected host(s) selected. Reload object with connected host(s) selected." Following is the Vantage web client screen error.

Resolution

Clear the browser cache and delete the cookies and try to access again.
