Issue/Introduction

  • User is unable to access the Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager (LCM)  Environment Details UI or certain Settings UI, receiving an "Unexpected error occurred" message after upgrading to version 8.18.

Environment

  • VMware Aria Suite LifeCycle 8.x

Cause

  • The issue appears to be related to cached browser data or cookies.

Resolution

  • Clear the browser cache and cookies or use the browser in incognito mode to access the LCM UI.
