After migration of Chargeback to Aria Operations, alerts do not show on the Tenant Portal

Issue/Introduction

After migrating Chargeback to Aria Operations, the alerts triggered for Tenants on Aria Operations do not show on the Tenant Portal

Environment

Aria Operations 8.16.x
Aria Operations 8.18.x

Cause

The Alerts are not enabled for VCD Tenants

Resolution

To resolve the issue, please follow the below steps:

1. Go to the Alert Definition of the alert in question, and click Edit.
2. Ensure that 'For VCD Tenants' checkbox is checked
3. Save the Alert Definition

The alert should show on the Tenant Portal now.
