Diagnostic Bundle menu is missing from an Enterprise.

Issue/Introduction

The PCI enforcement setting will prevent or allow access to a few options. The most common complaint seen is no Diagnostic Bundle menu. 

Cause

With the option set to "On", you will see the following: 


         

There will be only 2 options under the Diagnostics header:
