The number of data stores (e.g. databases, files, copies, archives) have to be minimized to avoid unnecessary duplication.
Is the duplicated data avoided in Dynamic Capacity Intelligence (DCI)?

Resolution

Yes, data duplication is avoided in DCI. Even if the WebUI report data (the csv files) are generated from the MSUDB data, csv is not only a different format but also includes additional processing so the data is enhanced rather than duplicated. There is no straight duplication or archiving.
