Issue/Introduction

OI is showing slowness issues and 504 errors

Resolution

We carried out 2 procedures that made the performance of the DX OI greatly improve.

1 - We exchanged a single 10 TB NFS disk for 6 2 TB disks.

2 - We expanded the memory resource for the TAS from 28 GB to 36 GB. 

The performance of the DX platform improved after these procedures, the slowness problem was resolved.
