The Integration FTP Agent fails to start: Index 16 out of bounds for length 16

Issue/Introduction

The Integration FTP Agent is failing to start with the error message below in the agent's log.

 

 U00045014 Exception 'java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: "Index 16 out of bounds for length 16"' at 'java.lang.invoke.VarHandle$1.apply():2011'.

Environment

Product: CA Automic Workload Automation - Automation Engine v21.x, v24.x, Integration FTP Agent v21.x, 24.x

Cause

The ra parameter in the agent's ini file has a value 99, which is not valid for the Integration FTP Agent.

Resolution

Please replace 99 with 0 for the ra parameter value.
