Issue/Introduction

Question:

AllowUserKeyCSA(NO) will cause SB78-5C or S0C4 at startup if the instructions in QI82743 have not been used to setup IDMs for this parameter. Is it possible verify the setting for AllowUserKeyCSA while the system is up.

Answer:

z/OS Console Command D DIAG will display the AllowUserKeyCSA setting.
