ssg_eth0 interface is missing for cloned gateway VM

Issue/Introduction

When the customer clones the gateway VM, the new VM does not have ssg_eth0 interface.

Environment

All supported API Gateway releases.

Resolution

1. Edit the iftab file in etc directory. Command : nano /etc/iftab


2. Change the mac address to new MAC address assigned to the new cloned image (VM properties >> network) .


3. Save the file and reboot the server


4. Once server starts configuring the IP and use ssg_eth0 as a network interface.
