Unable to update html body of manual notification message template.
Service Desk 17.4 RU2.
Steps to Reproduce:
===================
1. Login to ServiceDesk Manager web interface.
2. Go to Administration tab -> Notifications -> Message Templates.
3. Open any Detail Default Manual Notify message template for Request/Incident/Problem or Change or Issue.
4. Try to edit the page to update html body
Result: Html body of the notification does not appear.
Request test fix T5UG573 or upgrade to Service Management 17.4 RU3 or higher.
