How to manage Bulk load thread while executing bulk task through Identity Manager Bulk task

Issue/Introduction

Is there a way to configure to manage the bulk task load, like every 1 minute only 10 tasks should be loaded? Similar to the functionality that is available in Bulk Client

Cause

 When an IAM bulk task is scheduled, Observe an issue while a huge user-data is executed through Bulk tasks, like termination and deletion.

For example, When more than 50 Termination or deletion tasks are executed, then most of the tasks are either stuck or failed. 

Resolution

Like Bulk loader, the bulk task doesn't have an option to configure the limit, So we don't have control. But the Bulk Loader has task thread count and in bulk client, we can set it into the configuration file.
