 Is CA L-Serv 14.0 compatible with z/OS 2.1 or z/OS 2.2?  Where can I find this information? 

Answer: 

No additional maintenance is required for CA-L-Serv 14.0 to execute under z/OS 2.1 or z/OS 2.2.  CA L-Serv is a component of CA Common Services and any compatibility requirements are listed under CA Common Services itself.
