Environment

Cause

  • This is the default behavior when any role that includes the right to "Administer and traverse into other organizations" is assigned to a tenant, which then promotes the tenant as a "Sub-Provider".
  • Also, if the Role "Sub-Provider Administrator" is Published to the Tenant, the Tenant gets promote as "Sub-Provider"

Resolution

Unpublish the Role that has right: "Administer and traverse into other organizations" for the Tenant.
Unpublish the "Sub-Provider Administrator" Global Role, which by default includes the following permission: "Administer and access other organizations."
