iam_im.ear deploy file missing after restart IDM

Issue/Introduction

Seeing the following error while restarting IDM.

Environment

Identity Manager  14.5 with EAP 7.4

Cause

The policy server was not active which caused iam_im.ear deploy file was removed

Resolution

1) Start SSO policy server that was associated with IDM integration

2) Recreate iam_im.ear deploy file 

3) Restart IDM
