When a user signs on, they receive a:

TSS7143E-ACCESSOR ID HAS BEEN INACTIVE TOO LONG

Resolution

User has exceeded the value in TOP SECRET CONTROL OPTION 'INACTIVE'.

To reset the acid issue a:

  1. TSS REM(acid) SUSPEND
  2. TSS REPL(acid) PASS(xxx)

Removing the suspension is insufficient. The password must also be reset or the user wil be suspended again at next signon.
