Issue/Introduction

After import a Service Catalog offering from one install to another one, one could find that when use the imported offering in request creation, it does not trigger the PAM process as it does in the original offering in the source install. This article provides one possible reason why this could happen and how to correct it.

Environment

CA Service Catalog 17.3 and higher

Resolution

Check the imported offering details for "Status on Approval". If it is not Pending Fulfilment change it to Pending Fulfilment and save:



If it is already Pending Fulfilment or after you change to this status but the problem persists, please contact Broadcom Support for some assistance.
