Kernel Panics After Installing 8.8.0/8.8.2 Agent

Issue/Introduction

After installing the 8.8.0/8.8.2 Linux Agent, the OS is crashing

Environment

App Control Linux Agent: 8.8.0+

Cause

Kernel panic in the __pv_queued_spin_lock_slowpath() routine that is called from the stall_tbl_disable() function that belongs to the "cb_appc_events_3_1_2402596 kernel module"

Resolution

This issue is fixed in 8.8.4. 

If an upgrade can't not be done at this time, install the 8.7.24 Agent instead of the 8.8.2.
