MUX - Unable to Consistenly Group by Resource Manager in Timesheet getting error "global.agGrid.loadingError"

Issue/Introduction

Within the Timesheet module in the Timesheets grid not the timesheet itself, users are unable to groupby the Resource Manager attribute. Doing so displays an error global.agGrid.loadingError in the grid. Sometimes the Groupby does work, but it’s not consistent.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Identify a system with larger amount of timesheet.
2. Navigate to MUX->Timesheets
3. Click on Timesheets module
4. Attempt to group by Resource Manager field. You may have to do this more then once before you run into an error.
5. Notice error "global.agGrid.loadingError"

Expected Results: it should allow to group by resource manager without any errors.

Actual Results: it does not allow to group by resource manager.

Clarity 16.2.3, 16.3.0 on MSSQL databases
