Conversion error loading entity details

Issue/Introduction

A generic 'Request Failed' error message is displayed when attempting to load an entity detail page in the Information Centric Analytics (ICA) console, and the following corresponding error is captured in the Risk Fabric server log:

[11:ERROR] DALException.SaveLog() Error: Conversion failed when converting the varchar value '{<GUID>}' to data type int.

Exception Type: System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException

The Risk Fabric server log is located in the following path on the application (IIS) host server:

%SystemDrive%\ProgramData\BayDynamics\Logs

The log file name follows this format:

w3wp_RiskFabric.<yyyyMMdd>.log

Resolution

Reset the RiskFabric site cache by visiting the following URL and clicking the Clear Cache button:

http[s]://<ICA-hostname-or-IP-address>/#admin/cache
