UIM - Error occurs when running CABI report Availability by Group or Device

Issue/Introduction

When running the Availability by Group or by Device report in CABI using a custom date, the following error is returned:

Error executing SQL statement for availability_by_group_sub_report_two

 

Environment

UIM 20.4.x
UIM 23.4 prior to CU2

Cause

The query used will work in SLM or directly in the database interpreter, but the JasperSoft interpreter can cause this error in some environment.

HotFix has been released for this issue.  It can be found attached to this article.
