Issue/Introduction

You would like to know what the password expiration time is for an ICDM account. 

Cause

You would like to understand how often the password expires, so that it is known in advance when the password should be reset. 

Resolution

ICDM accounts have a password expiration of 180 days. Users will receive Password Expiry notifications on the 30th, 15th, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 day(s) prior to the expiration date. Notifications will be sent out at 12:00am GMT.
