CloudSOC - Protect > Policy > Data Transfer via Gatelets> Data Transfer Type: "Contents" shows "!" (Is Not Selectable)
This is working as designed. It means that normal Full Gatelets will still be scanned - just that there are no Custom Gatelets configured on this particular tenant.
Add a Custom Gatelet and the "!" disappears in the Protect policy making "Contents" under Data Type selectable in the policy creation.
If you create a Custom Gatelet the "!" will disappear in the Protect policy.
However to scan payload in a Custom Gatelet you must enable that option in Settings/Gateway and also enable scan payload in each Custom Gatelet. (See screenshots below)
