Issue/Introduction

When syncing Clarity 'Manager' field to Rally 'Owner' field, if email addresses do not match, for example if the Rally user email address contains upper case letters the Clarity Sync job shows error "Missing Resources in Clarity"

Resolution

This is addressed in Clarity 16.3.0. The sync rules for email addresses are relaxed and the sync job is case insensitive to email addresses as it pertains to syncing users. User email addresses need not be the same case in both Clarity and Rally.
