Issue/Introduction

When installing the primary scheduler there is a section about enabling SNMP traps:

Enable SNMP Capability

Enable SNMP capability to control agent and support SNMP job type.
 ->1- Disabled
   2- Control the Agent using SNMP
   3- Enable support for the SNMP job type
   4- Both 2 and 3

What option is used to configure the Scheduler to send alarms to an SNMP manager?

Autosys 12.x

Resolution

The Scheduler installer does not have an option to configure the scheduler to send traps to an SNMP manager.
This has to be done post-install.
